A 24-hour shop in the common room, without running a shop.

Students eat late, come back at all hours and would rather not walk to a supermarket at midnight. A smart fridge inside the building sells to them around the clock, and the accommodation team never touches it.

// Why it fits

Three things it does for you.

01

Nothing for the team

We install it in an hour, stock it, monitor it remotely and handle every refund and request. Your staff carry on with their jobs.

02

Familiar flavours

International students look for tastes from home; the range changes with what residents buy, and they can request items by QR code from the fridge itself.

03

An amenity that pays

The building receives 10% of net sales, never less than £30 a month, which is set to cover the socket it runs from.

// Two ways to have one

We run it, or you do.

Near Bristol, we can run it for you. We supply the fridge, stock it, look after it and pay you 10% of net sales each month, with a £30 minimum that covers the electricity. You provide a standard socket and about a square metre of floor. How hosting works →
Anywhere in the UK, you can run it yourselves. Lease a cabinet from £85 a month plus a £900 set-up, or buy one from £3,899 installed. You choose the range, set the prices and keep every penny it takes. Prices and sizes →
// Questions

What people ask first.

What size of building?
Around eighty beds or more. Below that a fridge can still work in a shared common room, but it is worth a conversation first.
Who registers as the food business?
We do. The building hosts a service; it does not apply for anything.
What is the commitment?
Twelve months, then rolling monthly on thirty days' written notice. We would rather earn the renewal.
Cash, and what about damage?
Card and phone only, so there is no cash to tempt anyone. The cabinet is sealed and locked between purchases, and every opening is tied to a card.

A photo of the corner and a rough headcount is enough to start. WhatsApp reaches the person who installs the fridges.
