What a smart vending fridge costs, in full.
Most vending machine suppliers make you ask for a quote. These are our prices, excluding VAT, and the costs you pay to other people once it is running — the same figures as the price list we email.

To buy
Mini 360, £2,999; Pro 542, £4,199; Ultra 1200 twin-door, £6,499. Add £900 for delivery, installation, card facility and training on your range, so a Mini 360 is £3,899 installed and yours outright.

To lease
£85 a month for a Mini 360, £119 for a Pro 542, £184 for an Ultra 1200, plus the same £900 set-up. Twelve months minimum, and three quarters of every rental comes off the price if you later buy it.

To run
About £39 a month for a Pro 542 on site Wi-Fi — the AI service fee, the card gateway, electricity and insurance — plus up to 1.6% and about 8p on each sale. None of it is paid to us.

We run it, or you do.
Near Bristol, we can run it for you. We supply the fridge, stock it, look after it and pay you 10% of net sales each month, with a £30 minimum that covers the electricity. You provide a standard socket and about a square metre of floor.

Anywhere in the UK, you can run it yourselves. Lease a cabinet from £85 a month plus a £900 set-up, or buy one from £3,899 installed. You choose the range, set the prices and keep every penny it takes.

What people ask first.
Is there a free option?
Near Bristol, yes: we place a fridge we own at your site, stock and run it, and pay you 10% of net sales with a £30 a month minimum. You pay nothing; the trade-off is that the sales are ours.
What is in the set-up charge?
Delivery by a two-person crew, installation, connecting the card terminal, training the cameras on your products and the first fill. It is a flat £900 at any distance.
Are there any other fees to you?
A care plan, free for the first twelve months and £360 a year after if you keep it, and the back office software, free at first. Both are optional.
How much will it make?
We do not forecast that for you, because it depends entirely on the site and the range. What we can show you is our own box trading in Bristol, and every cost line above.
