A smart fridge for the office that nobody has to run.

For the early starts, the late finishes and the days nobody wants to leave the desk: fresh lunches, snacks and drinks inside the building, open all hours, with nothing for the office manager to do.

// Why it fits

Three things it does for you.

01

Nothing to manage

No float, no honesty box, no rota. The door is locked to everyone without a card, so it stands in a corridor or breakout area unattended.

02

Real food, not crisps

A glass-door cabinet holds sandwiches, salads, yoghurts and cold drinks as well as bars and snacks — the range follows what your people actually buy.

03

Costs you nothing

Hosted, the fridge is ours: we install it, stock it and look after it, and pay you a share. Leased or bought, it is yours and so is every sale.

// Two ways to have one

We run it, or you do.

Near Bristol, we can run it for you. We supply the fridge, stock it, look after it and pay you 10% of net sales each month, with a £30 minimum that covers the electricity. You provide a standard socket and about a square metre of floor. How hosting works →
Anywhere in the UK, you can run it yourselves. Lease a cabinet from £85 a month plus a £900 set-up, or buy one from £3,899 installed. You choose the range, set the prices and keep every penny it takes. Prices and sizes →
// Questions

What people ask first.

Do we need a kitchen or a water supply?
No. One standard 13A socket and about a square metre of floor. It is a fridge, not a kitchen.
How is it different from a vending machine?
Nothing gets stuck. The customer opens a door and picks things up; cameras see what left and the card is charged for exactly that. It takes sandwiches and salads, which spiral machines cannot.
What about a business park where there is already a café?
It is not a replacement for the café. It is there at seven in the morning and eight at night, and on the days people eat at their desk. The two do different jobs.
How many people does it need?
Around twenty or more on site most days for a hosted box to make sense. Smaller offices can still lease or buy one, since the sales are theirs.

A photo of the corner and a rough headcount is enough to start. WhatsApp reaches the person who installs the fridges.
