A smart fridge for the gym that sells while you coach.
Members want a shake after the session and a drink before it, and nobody wants to stand behind a counter to sell them. Our own box has traded at a rugby club gym in Bristol since June 2026.

Open when the gym is
A 24-hour gym gets a 24-hour shop. Card and phone only, so there is no cash on the premises overnight.

Protein shakes, bars, protein water, energy and recovery drinks, and the fruit and yoghurt people want at seven in the morning. Chilled, which a shelf by the desk is not.

Your brand or ours
Hosted, it carries our range and pays you a share. Leased or bought, it is your fridge, your prices and your margin — including your own-brand supplements.

We run it, or you do.
Near Bristol, we can run it for you. We supply the fridge, stock it, look after it and pay you 10% of net sales each month, with a £30 minimum that covers the electricity. You provide a standard socket and about a square metre of floor.
How hosting works →
Anywhere in the UK, you can run it yourselves. Lease a cabinet from £85 a month plus a £900 set-up, or buy one from £3,899 installed. You choose the range, set the prices and keep every penny it takes.

What people ask first.
Do members need an app?
No. A contactless card, Apple Pay or Google Pay opens the door. The receipt is a tap away if they want it.
What does it take from the gym?
A standard 13A socket and about a square metre of floor. Hosted, that is all: we bring the connection. If you run it yourself, it joins your Wi-Fi through the included router at no cost, or takes a 4G SIM at £10 a month.
What happens with the stock that doesn't sell?
Hosted, that is our problem: we own the stock and rotate it. Leased or bought, the stock is yours and you see on your phone what moves and what does not.
Is it insured?
A hosted box is covered by our public liability insurance, certificate on request. A fridge you run yourself goes on your own policy, usually as a small add-on.
Tell us about the site.
A photo of the corner and a rough headcount is enough to start. WhatsApp reaches the person who installs the fridges.
